One thing we encourage all visitors to do first, is to come to a worship experience on Sunday morning. FUMC currently offers in-person worship, including music, Scripture reading, and a message from one of our pastors, at 9:30am. You can also view our worship live on our YouTube page.
When you come, you’ll see parking spaces for visitors near the front of the parking lot closest to the church. Feel free to park there and come in the front entrance, which will lead you into our sanctuary. If you have children in preschool or elementary school (through sixth grade) and want to locate their Sunday school class, head up to room 306/308 on the third floor (one floor up from the sanctuary). The kids will start the morning together and then split by age for discussion and activities. Need help finding your way around? Click here for the FUMC Floor Map
All are welcome to join us in worship! If we are offering communion that day, there are gluten free options for those wishing to take communion. When you visit, we ask that you please fill out one of the Connection Cards (available in the pews) so we know you stopped by.
Please feel free to journey through our website and learn more about the ministries that we offer both to serve God and to grow in your faith, as well as information about our staff. If you are looking for a faith community, we hope that Fairfax United Methodist Church can be that for you. We look forward to seeing you on Sunday!
Being a member of a church is a commitment to share and grow with a specific community of Christ. We hope that our community may be a welcome place for you to participate and grow as a member at Fairfax United Methodist Church. Call the church office at 703-591-3120 and ask to speak with one of the pastors.
