Congregational Care

I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another.

Stephen Ministry

There are times when each of us needs the care of another person. Stephen Ministry is a program that equips lay persons to provide distinctively Christian one-to-one care to those who are experiencing all kinds of life needs and circumstances, both in our congregation, and in our community. Upon completion of the training program, our Stephen Ministers work together with our pastors to provide emotional and spiritual support to individuals going through difficult times. If you are interested in being a Stephen Minister or are in need of care, contact Daryl Witherspoon.

Moms that Pray

Moms that Pray is a new group that prays together for our children/grandchildren/great-grandchildren on the 2nd Thursday of each month. A light lunch is served and all are welcome! Let’s unite in uplifting our children in prayer. If you have any questions, please contact Leslie Carter.

Sanctuary Helpers

One way we get ready for worship on Sunday is making sure the Sanctuary is ready. If you have free time during the week to stock the pews, pick up any loose papers and straighten the hymnals, this is the job for you! Contact Gayle Lorenz to be placed on the schedule.
