If you have experienced grief or loss, Fairfax UMC invites you to participate in GriefShare, a new group forming at the church. GriefShare is a safe, welcoming place where people can explore the difficult emotions of grief and discover helpful ways to move through it. During this thirteen-week program, you’ll discover the ebbs and flows of grief and its accompanying emotions and learn ways of coping with its unpredictability. On Sundays at 10:45am starting February 11, the group will gather to watch a GriefShare video and spend some time discussing and reflecting. We hope you’ll consider joining us for this time of learning, and we encourage you to invite family, friends, and neighbors to participate.
