An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Sunday, repeating until June 28, 2021
Be the Bridge Part II will help the church examine and grow in racial and social justice areas. This is Part II of the course offered in the fall of 2020. You’re invited to be a part of this new group on Sundays at 10:30am under the portico for open discussion and learning and facilitated by Charlie Brown, an FUMC member with a background in facilitating justice and reconciliation conversations in churches. The group is reading How to be an Anti-Racist by Ibram X Kendi. The book is available for purchase on Amazon, or you can email Pastor Pamela Kipps to request a copy. Chairs are provided. For those fully vaccinated, masks are optional. The church looks forward to this time of learning together!
