Welcome to Fairfax United Methodist Church! Our website offers a lot of information about our worship and ministry opportunities. One of the best ways to learn about Fairfax UMC is to attend our “Faith Journeys” class. We recognize that we all come to Fairfax United Methodist Church from a variety of faith journeys. Some of us come from different denominations; some of us have been Methodist all our lives. For some, this is the first church we have attended. What we discover as visitors and new members is that today, our journeys intersect at Fairfax Church. The “Faith Journeys” class is a safe place to dialogue about our belief in God, hear the story of The United Methodist Church, find ways to discern the spiritual gifts we have been given, and learn about the many opportunities to serve God in this community and to grow spiritually. “Faith Journeys” is a time for growth, education and fellowship. We hope you will join us for this enriching experience.

All classes meet in the parlor located on the first floor. Childcare is provided upon request. Please let us know two weeks prior to the first class if you will need childcare. Each class is lead by a pastor or staff member of Fairfax Church. Visitors seeking membership are asked to commit themselves to regular attendance.
